Let’s dive in deeper into each of our impact areas
Water, Sanitation and Hygiene
Our water projects consist of providing clean water access through Lifestraw filters and solar water pumps, improving sanitation and hygiene practices through washroom-building, and educating the community via WaSH training.

Regenerative Farming
Through this method of farming, Orang Asli communities can not only grow their own food on their land but also regenerate the soil that has been degraded through deforestation. Farmers can sell their produce as well, in order to get additional income to help alleviate their financial struggles. We helped kickstart the marketing process for the farmers by starting the “Kebun Amai” brand so that they can promote their harvests to the public.

Chicken Farming
Many Orang Asli communities still do not have sustainable food supply. This project aims to help Orang Asli families receive nutritional support from rearing chicken and to provide an additional source of income through the sale of chicken eggs.

Education and Youth Empowerment
In order to combat illiteracy amongst children in Orang Asli communities, we initiated the Mobile School programme – especially for children who have no access to public schools. The Born to Be programme, on the other hand, aims to explore children and youth’s potential through hands-on and play-based learning. The #NotAlone Project – our new initiative – aims to aid in character-building of Orang Asli youth in secondary school.
