The ‘CCI Team’ is a focused leadership group who identify school needs and strategise implementation. It is led by the principal and consists of teachers, students and parents. CCI offers regular capacity building for the team to nurture strong trust and collaboration. The CCI Team leads other teachers by modelling the commitment, passion and collaboration necessary for school change.
