Today is World Smile Day.
Smile should not be only defined as a facial expression to please or to be kind to others, but as a necessity to build your inner strengths, look for better health and happiness.
Some people define life as being too short, others as being too long; but at the end all forget to smile at their peers and genuinely show compassion and love for life.
Smiling has a real healing power, and help to seek for happiness and self-blessing. Everyone has different lives, and difficulties; everyone grows with different mindsets and opportunities; but none of this matter when it comes to smile. Smiling is the only reason why we all should fight for our lives; smiling is contagious and allows anyone to open their heart to you. Nowadays, many people are learning to fully live every minute of their day as a blessing; through smile, their environment and surroundings become more peaceful and gentle. Language barrier, cultural adaptation, group integration or personal difficulties, at Global Peace Foundation we believe that all this issues can be overcome by the power of smile. The problem is not about whose fault is it, how bad your day is going or how impossible the challenge could look like, with a positive mindset and a powerful desire to succeed on your own personal journey, every issue can be resolved.
Heal your own self through smile, and you will heal others. You also can open your heart, and mind to others and smile back at them, you will see it makes a huge difference in your daily activities. No matter how busy you can be, how frustrating your day could be or how gloomy you feel on that day, strengthen yourself using your smile. The time does not matter, as time is relative. As we all built our own time, taking every opportunity to smile and interact with one another should not be a luxury, it should be an everyday life learning experience. Waiting in the elevator, at the stoplight, in the line at the bank, or at the restaurant… no matter the situation, just use your best smile and say “Hi!” Do not think that you will look like too funny, or strange, you will actually change everyone’s mood around you. Only sending love, joy and happiness around you, opening your arm to receive others smile and caring about respecting your peers. Giving and receiving, one or the other, or both, either way after 24hours smiling to your surroundings, you will feel filled with positive energy and more passion for life.
The first step is to wake up in the morning and smile at yourself, smile at the value of being alive, smile at the challenge of your next project, smile at your loving family, smile at your competencies and then share it. Share it, with no effort needed, just smile and all your positivity from the morning will unite your inner-self to the world. This is your space, feel free to create your own personal and secure area before sharing it with others. Inspire others and stimulate your own self; take awareness about the simplicity of a smile, and its incredible and powerful benefit.
Today believe in yourself and your possibilities. Everyday remind yourself to smile and get these feel-good endorphins out there and show everyone the power of a good and happy smile. Your smile to others and to yourself should only be about loving, accepting and healing energy.
